Meditation

Daniel is a meditation and mindfulness teacher; offering both one on one meditation as well as group facilitated meditation. Daniel employs various techniques including but not limited to breath work, visualization’s, chakra balancing and sound healing. Some of the many benefits of meditation are that it will assist with stress reduction, nurturing body mind and soul, cultivate self-compassion, improve focus, sleep, and support mental health and wellbeing.

Daniel is a provisional member of the Meditation Association of Australia.
